Type it. Track it. Totally fine.

Just blurttt what you spent.

The budget for people who hate budgets. Type "$42 target" and Blurttt tells you what's left this week. Or go Pro and Blurttt texts you about every purchase, so there's nothing to remember.

Made for ADHD brains. Works for everyone else too.

Three things you do. That's it.

Every budget app assumes you'll come back and enter things later. You won't. Blurttt is built for the 4 seconds you actually have.

1 · Blurttt
$38 hannaford
Got it. $38 at Hannaford → Groceries. $212 left this week 🙂

Type it the second it happens

Amount and a word. Blurttt figures out the category. If it guesses wrong, say "that was fun" and it moves it.

2 · Ask
left?
$212 left, 4 days to go. That's about $53 a day. You're fine.

One number, in plain English

Not a dashboard. Not a pie chart. What's left and whether you're fine. Because "am I fine" is the only question.

3 · Reset
New week. $300, clean slate. Last week's gone. No carryover, no guilt.

Every Monday it forgets

You went over last week? Cool. It's Monday. Nobody's keeping score, including Blurttt.

Blurttt Pro

The budget that texts you.

Connect your bank once. After that, every purchase gets a text. You answer in a word. In a month you have your real spending, sorted, and a budget built from it.

1 · It asks
Looks like you just filled up. Filing this as Gas ⛽. Cool?
yep
Hey, you just paid $223.43 at Xyz. What was this for?
car repair

You just answer

Easy ones it guesses. Weird ones it asks about. Nothing gets lost because you forgot to write it down.

2 · It builds
Food out was $640 last month. Could you eat out 3 days less? That's $180 back. Rent can't change. Unless you move.
deal

A budget from real numbers

Not the budget you wish you had. The one your actual spending says you can hit, with cuts you agreed to.

3 · It counts down
You bought some Wendy's. Those Biggie Bags slap. Can't blame ya. $237 left this week.
2 weeks in and you're spending 30% less on Fun. Way to go.

Then it just keeps score, nicely

What's left this week, how you're pacing, and a heads-up before a category gets away from you.

Sunday night

The no-shame recap

One message a week. It tells you where the money went, says the nice thing, and points at the one thing worth noticing. It never says "overspent."

Week's done. You blurttted 19 times, which is 19 more than a spreadsheet would've gotten. 🍽️ Food out · $146 🛒 Groceries · $98 🎉 Fun · $61 ⛽ Gas · $52 You went $27 over. Food out was the one. That's it, that's the note. See you Monday.

Questions people blurttt at us

Does it connect to my bank?

Only if you go Pro, and only read-only. The connection runs through Stripe: Blurttt can see transactions but can never move money. The free version never touches your bank.

What if I forget to blurttt?

On free, you blurttt the next one. There's no streak to lose and no red number waiting for you. On Pro, you can't forget. We text you.

Why weekly?

Your budget gets built from a month of real spending, then counted down a week at a time. A month is too long to hold in your head. $300 a week is a number; $1,300 a month is a vibe.

Why is Pro a subscription?

Because it costs us money every month: bank data and texts aren't free. So Pro is $7 a month, and free stays free. Cancel in one tap. No emails, no "are you sure" maze.
